As read­ers of my blog you know that I am a mem­ber and fan of WebProWorld forum. Today there was a ques­tion from a man basi­cally ask­ing how to unlock his bios pass­word. His wife locked the bios so now the com­puter won’t boot. There were sev­eral response but I thought this was the best one. I wanted to share

remove the power cord
open the case
remove the CR2032 bat­tery
use a screw dri­ver to short the cir­cuit or con­nect the bars
wait 1 minute
put the bat­tery back
plug the cord back in
the Bios should be reset.
set new pas­sowrd to “mis­tress”
