I have to confess that when I first made contact with Jan Carroll of JBCR Virtual Solutions I was concerned and confused. Concerned that I had no idea what it should cost. Confused that I had no idea what I wanted or even needed. The original price was reasonable but I thought, I’m going to get sucked-in to spending a lot more than I want to spend.
Little did I know the value I would receive for that reasonable price would be beyond anything I imagined. While separated by nearly 3,000 miles or more and 3 hours time difference I could not conceive of how this process would work out as smoothly as it did. It was as if she and her partner Bill were just down the street. The process was incredibly smooth and seamless.
Jan is never too busy to take my calls or answer my emails, including weekends. She and Bill have a wealth of knowledge that they willingly share with clients. Jan guided me through the entire process, and did most of the work of setting up the site, providing advice on writing the text, finding a web hosting company, setting up the shopping cart, Bill provided excellent support in setting up an email account on cpanel.com, and finally Jan advised me to start a blog and then set it up. JBCR Virtual Solutions is much much more than a website design house, they are truly web-business advisors. All the while their prices continue to remain reasonable.
